Bootstrapping abroad

On the 25th of October at 16h30, I'm organising the first Drupal user group meeting for Szeged. All IT professionals and enthusiasts interested in open source content management systems are very welcome.
The meeting will start with a Drupal showcase (CCK, views and taxonomy) that I'm giving in the framework of a series of drupal lectures at SZTE, the university of Szeged. After this presentation we will hold a workshop about Drupal in the region.

• Do you work or want to work with Drupal?
• What parts of web-development do you prefer (e.g. Design, module coding, website development, theming, information architecture, sales, etc.)?
• How can we better collaborate?
• How can we together get jobs from W-Europe/America?

Participation is free and you can bring as much employees as you want.

The meeting will take place in room I227 in the Irinyi building of the university (presentation is part of the Drupal course at the SZTE university). After the user group meeting you can join us at a XING wine-tasting/networking event at Ezerjo. This time with wines from the Avancsos house from Villány. For a 1000 forint you receive a voucher with which you can take part in the wine tasting and that you can later also use to buy wine (value of 1000 forint).

After the wine-tasting we continue the talking at the "Fabula Rasa" koncert (free entrance) in Milleniumi Kávéház. Fabula Rasa is a 7 people strong group that mixes classical, jazz, pop and world-music influences into their repertoire. The concert is part of the Szegedi Őszi Kulturális Fesztivál and starts officially at 20h, so it should be finished at about 22h.
